In my teaching and counseling practice for individuals, couples and families I integrate my master's training in Clinical Psychology, with over twenty years of Buddhist meditation practice, and many years as a Vipassana meditation teacher. I also specialize in working with trauma and spiritual emergence / crisis work. My therapy work is body-centered, in that I utilize what arises in the body as a way to deepen the inquiry and understanding of what is happening. I have a particular interest in working with what is happening in the present moment.

My practice aspires to bring forth the innate well being, happiness and freedom that is at the essence of who we are. I aim to facilitate understanding and healing of all that obscures this. I assist people in finding their true potential and to discover how to manifest that in their lives.

As a Buddhist meditation teacher, I offer guidance in meditation, working with life issues from a Buddhist perspective, and applying and integrating Buddhist principles and mindfulness practice into our daily lives.

The word "ecology" means the study of our home. Ecology is not something “out there” we are in nature and nature is in us. We are in the sacred home and the sacred home is in us. The sacred wilderness is not something just out there, only to be found in our national parks. There is a sacred wilderness inside everyone of us and it needs our attention.
