Morning meditation can help us to wake up and begin the day on the right foot, feeling more centered, focused, and uplifted, and the natural world can inspire our practice. The series is led by Awake in the Wild (AitW) founder Mark Coleman along with skilled AitW teachers from around the world.

Weekly: Every Sunday (Online)
Join us on Zoom every Sunday evening for a 45-minute nature-oriented session that includes a short talk and guided meditation. The series is led by skilled Awake in the Wild (AitW) teachers from around the world. Sessions include a short 10 – 15 minute talk on a theme and a 30-minute guided meditation. Tune in from any peaceful environment with an internet connection, ideally immersed in nature or at the very least with a view of the outdoors. All are welcome!

The Awake in the Wild Teacher Training is an apprenticeship training in contemplative nature practice, inspired by contemporary mindfulness practice, traditional Buddhist wisdom, and by Mark Coleman’s 2006 book Awake in the Wild. Mark has been leading wilderness retreats for mindful nature lovers across the Americas since 2003 and has trained and inspired 65+ AitW teachers from around the world.
