Christina Dee
After years of practicing Theravada and Zazen meditation, Christina (“Tina”) felt called to take her practice outdoors—where the quiet magic of nature opened up a fresh, more embodied way of being present. That journey led her to the Awake in the Wild teacher training, where she graduated in 2025, blending mindfulness with the natural world.
Tina is a naturally curious and creative soul who brings humor, warmth, and a lightheartedness to her practice and teachings. She sees nature as a wise teacher and a steady companion—offering insight, poetic reflection, and a sense of belonging through all of life’s ever-changing rhythms and cycles. She holds a deep love for the Pacific Ocean, moonlit skies, herbal remedies, cozy fireside chats, faraway adventures—and yes, she’s a proud cat person.
With a background in both clinical psychology and philosophy, Tina works as a psychotherapist, supporting people through life transitions, including end-of-life care and healing from trauma and PTSD.
She’s deeply committed to social and environmental justice and believes that through simple, heartfelt connection with nature and each other, we can slow down, reconnect, and help bring more compassion and balance into the world.
