About Me

Amarin Dawn is a nature-based guide devoted to cultivating courageous presence, fierce love, and belonging through place-based practice. With over 25 years of experience in mindfulness, somatic work, and more recently – ecotherapy, she supports individuals and communities in slowing down, listening deeply, and remembering their place within the living world.
Raised in the wild landscapes of Jasper National Park, Amarin’s earliest teachers were rivers, forests, and mountain light. That lifelong relationship with land continues to shape her work today, weaving together forest therapy, restorative and Yin yoga, meditation, and trauma-informed immersion in nature.
At the heart of her work lives a simple invitation: All Hearts on Deck—an urgent call to meet this moment with courageous presence and care for ourselves, one another, and the Earth. Through shared practice and deep listening, she invites a remembering of universal kinship and the felt experience of belonging within the great web of life.
Amarin is a Certified Forest Therapy Guide, Awake in the Wild Facilitator, Healing with Nature Trauma Care Practitioner, Wilderness Medic, and trained hiking and interpretive guide. She creates grounded, responsible spaces where people feel safe to soften, reconnect, and return to what matters most.
Join her in wilds of the Canadian Rockies,  west of Calgary, AB Canada.
