About Merilin Raudna-Kristoffersen
Through practicing yoga and meditation for over 10 years, I’ve come to realize that my calling is to help others reconnect—not only with themselves but with the natural world, realizing that we are a part of it. As a certified MediYoga instructor, Awake in the Wild Nature Meditation Teacher, and PhD student in biology, my work is rooted in the belief that nature holds the key to our well-being.
I guide individuals to slow down, tune in, and find balance—whether through mindful movement, meandering in nature, or simply taking a moment to breathe deeply and be present. My goal is to help you find a deeper connection with your body and the world around you. I do believe that happier people take better care of themselves and the world around them.
I offer mindful nature experiences in the beautiful landscapes of Northern Norway, focusing on the Lofoten and Vesterålen areas. The wilderness here, with its wide-open spaces and ever-changing scenery, naturally invites you to slow down and be present.
I mostly offer short hikes and walks that are suitable for everyone, making it easy to enjoy the beauty of nature at your own pace, offering an alternative to high-energy adventures. I’d love to take you to some amazing places where you can explore, relax, and connect with nature in a meaningful way..
