About Mirjam Rolfe
Growing up in Switzerland, Mirjam developed a deep love for Nature. Some of her fondest childhood memories include skiing in the Alps with her siblings, swimming in crystal-clear mountain lakes, and hiking with her family. This strong connection to Nature continues to inspire her work today.
As a facilitator, coach, and mediator, Mirjam works with organizations, teams, and individuals wishing to be healthy, creative and effective in an unpredictable world. She creates safe spaces for meaningful conversations, deep listening, connection and reflection. Inspiring spaces to take concrete steps toward sustainable innovation and change.
Holding a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Mirjam integrates scientific findings from Positive Psychology, Resilience, Systems Thinking and Ecotherapy with contemplative practices in Nature. She deeply cares about bringing people together, fostering a healthy balance, and building bridges—between perspectives, individuals, and within teams.
Based in Northern Germany, Mirjam works internationally. She is fluent in Swiss German, German, and English and has strong skills in Italian and French.
