About Sterling Lambert

I am a nature lover, curious practitioner, and playful meditator who values presence, authenticity, and genuine human connection. My work is rooted in a deep belief that healing and growth unfold through reconnecting with ourselves, each other, and the natural world.

My approach integrates contemplative practice, nature-informed therapy, and evidence-based counseling frameworks, drawing from mindfulness traditions, Buddhist psychology, and experiential approaches to support meaning-making, self-understanding, and lasting change. I am especially interested in the intersection of psychological, spiritual, and ecological well-being.

I am currently completing my M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Johns Hopkins University, where I have been developing my clinical work alongside training in research and integrative care. I also have a background in meditation, including several silent retreats in Zen and Vipassana traditions, which continue to shape both my personal practice and professional orientation.

At the heart of my work is a simple intention: to help people reconnect with their true nature, while not losing sight of joy, curiosity, and the importance of enjoying the process along the way.
