Join us on Zoom every Monday – Friday for a 45-minute nature-oriented session that includes a 10 – 12 minute nature-based mindfulness talk followed by a 30-minute guided meditation. Whether you are a nature lover with no meditation experience, or you are a past AitW retreatant looking to stay connected, you are warmly invited to join us. Tune in from any peaceful environment with an internet connection, ideally immersed in nature or at the very least with a view of the outdoors.
We honor the Buddhist principle of dana, or mutual generosity. Our teachers generously offer their teachings to our community. In a mutual invitation to practice generosity, our community is invited to give dana to support the teachers. Your generosity helps to spread the goodness of this practice to others, and you are encouraged to contribute at a level that reflects the value that the sit brings to your own life.
