Morning meditation can help us to wake up and begin the day on the right foot, feeling more centered, focused, and uplifted, and the natural world can inspire our practice. Whether you are a nature lover with no meditation experience, or you are a past AitW retreatant looking to stay connected, you are warmly invited to join us. Tune in from any peaceful environment with an internet connection, and ideally with a view of the outdoors.

Join us every weekday morning for a nature-oriented, guided meditation session. The series is led by Awake in the Wild (AitW) founder Mark Coleman along with skilled AitW teachers from around the world. Sessions include a short talk on a theme and a 30-minute guided meditation.

The morning meditation series teachings are freely offered… and… financial contributions are welcomed and encouraged as they support the teachers, the organization, and will go a long way to helping us to continue these programs into the future.

The Spirit of Generosity

The practice of generosity develops kindness and compassion, deepens awareness of our interconnectedness, and encourages non-attachment. Giving is said to benefit the giver and the receiver. The giver practices sharing and letting go, while the recipient practices acceptance of what is presented. This community is rooted in this spirit of generosity. No one is turned away for lack of funds.
