Awakening with Spring

with Kimberly Sogge

Event Description

Escape into the tranquility of nature with “Nature As Our Teacher: Awakening with Spring,” a three-hour online mindfulness meditation retreat. Immerse yourself in a compassionate journey, forging connections with fellow participants and the natural world that surrounds us.

Throughout this rejuvenating retreat, we will explore the gentle rhythms of spring, fostering a deeper understanding of our interconnectedness with nature. Guided mindfulness and compassion practices, both seated and walking, will lead us towards wild self-compassion for all beings. Delve into silent contemplation and receive guidance for independent practice sessions, empowering you to continue your transformative journey beyond the retreat.
